The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Code Me. R. §123, Control of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from Paper, Film, and Foil Coating Operations. The amendments would update the rule, which currently only regulates surface coating of paper, to include requirements for film and foil coating operations.
