The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to add 06-096 Code Me. Regs. Ch. 686, Standards for Assessing Ability to Pay Deductibles under the Fund Insurance Program. The rule would establish standards used to determine a person's ability to pay deductibles assessed for owners and operators of oil storage tanks. The deadline for comment is August 21, 2012.
