The Department of Natural Resources' Office of Conservation proposes to amend La. Admin. Code tit. 45, §XIX.501 and 507, Off-Site Storage, Treatment and/or Disposal of Exploration and Production Waste Generated from Drilling and Production of Oil and Gas Wells. The proposed amendment and adoption would implement requirements for E and P waste transfer pipeline systems. Public comment will be accepted until 4:00 pm on January 12, 2017.
