The Department of Environmental Quality adopted changes to LAC 33:XI.103, 301, 303, 403, 507, 509, 701, 703, and 903, Secondary Containment for UST Systems. These rule changes require owners and/or operators of UST systems to install secondary containment with new installations or replacements of tanks and/or piping, under-dispenser containment and submersible pump containment, and secondary containment for certain repairs to tanks or piping made after December 20, 2008. http://www.doa.la.gov/osr/reg/0810/0810.doc pp. 2116-2121.
