The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §III.1507, regarding standards and exemptions for sulfur dioxide emissions. The amendments would apply emissions controls to existing sulfuric acid plants and clarify start-up exemptions. A public hearing will be held on July 27, 2016.
