The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33 §§108, 1101, 1109, 1111, 1113, 1901, 2245, 2299, 4105, and 4301, Hazardous Waste Regulations. The proposed amendment would correct errors and clarifiy certain hazardous waste generator requirements, land disposal restrictions and recycling requirements.
