The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §V. 105, 109, and 322, Secondary Hazardous Materials. The amendments would meet EPA adoption requirements for secondary hazardous materials. A public hearing is scheduled on April 26, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until May 3, 2017.
