The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend several sections of La. Admin. Code tit. 33:III, pertaining to air quality. The changes incorporate by reference updates to federal regulations for standard of performance for new stationary sources, as well as national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants.
