The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality is proposing amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §§506, 507, 2160, 3003, 5116, 5122, 5311, and 5901. The changes address such issues as clean air standards (new source performance standards and standards for hazardous pollutants), interstate rule requirements, operating permits, and toxic air pollutants, among many others.
