The Department of Environmental Quality amended La. Admin. Code tit. 33:III §§111, 311, 501, 605, 918, 919, 1513, 2115, 2139, 2141, 2153, and 5107, relating to the Criteria Pollutant Emissions Inventory. Revisions are intended to allow flexibility in updating the required elements for reporting, as well as make the regulations easier to interpret, enforce, govern, and permit.
