The Department of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33:III §2131, Gasoline Handling. The amendments will make the Louisiana Administrative Code at least as stringent in the gasoline handling area as the federal regulations. The hearing will be April 28, 2010.
