The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to adopt La. Admin. Code tit. 33:III §§2201 and 2202, Control of Emissions of Nitrogen Oxides. The rules would provide a new contingency plan to further control emissions of nitrogen oxides from facilities located in the Baton Rouge area and the region of influence in the event that U.S. EPA notifies the department that the Baton Rouge area has exceeded the 1997 eight-hour NAAQS for ozone and contingency has been triggered. http://www.doa.la.gov/osr/reg/1001/1001.pdf pp. 59-63.
