The Department for Environmental Protection proposed amendments to 401 Ky. Admin. Regs. 42:020 and 42:060. The proposed amendments would, among other things, establish requirements for UST system release detection, release reporting, and release response; permanent closure of a UST system; change in service of a UST system; site characterization; corrective action; and UST facility classification.
