The Kentucky Energy and Air Quality Cabinet will conduct a public hearing on proposed changes to 401 Ky. Admin. Regs. 59:015, new indirect heat exchangers. Among other changes, the proposed amendment would give more specific classifications for indirect heat exchanges.
