The Department of Health and Environment will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to K.A.R. 28-73-1, Environmental Use Control Regulation. The proposed change would modify the definition of "eligible property" by eliminating a sentence that prevents dozens of Kansas hazardous waste facilities from participating in the Environmental Use Controls Program.
