The Environmental Protection Commission adopted amendments to Chapter 64, Wastewater Construction and Operation Permits; rescinded Chapter 69, Onsite Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems; and adopted new Chapter 69, Private Sewage Disposal Systems.
