The Environmental Protection Commission adopted amendments to Rule 567 - 119.1(455D, 455B), Waste Oil. The changes include the addition of collection requirements for used oil filters, the addition of signage requirements for filter retailers, updates to the signage requirements for oil retailers, removal of some of the Department's responsibilities, and rescission of the state procurement regulations.
