The Environmental Protection Commission is proposing changes to Iowa Admin. Code r. 209, regarding the state’s Solid Waste Alternative Programs. The proposal would adopt a new §209 regarding awarding grants to communities for landfill alternatives. A public hearing will be held on October 6, 2015.
