The Environmental Protection Commission proposes amendments to Iowa Code §§61 and 62, Effluent and Pretreatment Standards: Other Effluent Limitations or Prohibitions. The amendments would update the bacteria water quality criteria table. Public hearings will be held on September 5, 6, and 7, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until September 8, 2017.
