The Environmental Protection Commission will hold public hearings on proposed amendments to Iowa Admin. Code r. 65, Animal Feeding Operations. The proposed amendments would update the rules to conform with statutory amendments pertaining to open feedlot stockpiles, dry manure stockpiling, application of manure on snow-covered and frozen ground, and dry-bedded confinement feeding operations.
