The Environmental Protection Commission proposed to amend Iowa Admin. Code chs. 23 and 33, pertaining to air pollution and stationary sources. New rules would ensure that sources of greenhouse gas emissions in Iowa are regulated in the same way and at the same levels as regulations specified in U.S. EPA's recent tailoring rule.
