The Environmental Protection Commission adopted amendments to 22.106(1), Fee Established. The amendments increase the maximum annual Title V Operating Permit fee that the Environmental Protection Commission can establish from $39 per ton to $56 per ton on the first 4,000 tons of actual emissions of each regulated pollutant emitted annually from a major source.
