The Department of Environmental Management seeks public comment on new rules and amendments to 327 IAC 2-1.3; 327 IAC 5-2-11.2; 327 IAC 5-2-11.3; and 327 IAC 5-2-11.7, concerning antidegradation standards and implementation procedures. Several alternatives are to be considered, all of which would meet requirements under the federal CWA.
