The Natural Resources Commission proposed to amend 312 Ind. Admin. Code 12-2-4, pertaining to water well drilling and pump installations. The amendments clarify the minimum pump setting depths for small capacity water wells that must be met to qualify for protection under Ind. Code 14-25-4 (Emergency Regulation of Ground Water Rights), and help enhance thermal conductivity and pumpability of various cement based geothermal grouts. A hearing will be held October 27, 2014.
