The Air Pollution Control Board seeks public comment on proposed amendments to 326 Ind. Admin. Code 2-1.1 and 326 Ind. Admin. Code 2-9a, concerning source specific operating agreements for crushed stone processing plants. Among other changes, the altered regulations would expand the list of materials that may be crushed at sources to include concrete and reclaimed asphalt pavement.
