The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency proposed changes to 35 Ill. Admin. Code §365, which pertains to the procedure for issuing loans from the Water Pollution Control Loan Program, and 35 Ill. Adm. Code §662, which pertains to the Public Water Supply Loan Program.
