The Pollution Control Board proposed to amend 35 Ill. Admin. Code §§307, Sewer Discharge Criteria, & 310, Pretreatment Programs. Amendments would update the wastewater pretreatment rules to correspond with changes to federal regulations. The deadline for comment is January 7, 2013.
