The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend 35 Ill. Adm. Code §182, Procedures for Review of Petitions for Mercury Product Exemptions. Changes would update the definition of "mercury switch" to be consistent with federal rules and would become effective July 1, 2012. The deadline for written comment is November 14, 2011.
