The Emergency Management Agency is proposing to amend various portions of Ill. Admin. Code tit. 32, §341.10 regarding the transportation of radioactive materials. Changes would update regulations for consistency with federal rules, including requiring the notification of tribal officials along transportation routes. The deadline for comment is June 29, 2015.
