The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to amend Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, §365, regarding procedures for water pollution control loans. The amendments would establish affordability criteria to help the agency identify municipalities most in need of assistance. Written comments will be accepted until November 9, 2015.
