The Capital Development Board proposed to amend 71 Ill. Admin. Code §600, Illinois Energy Conservation Code. The amendment would adopt the latest edition of the International Code Council's International Energy Conservation Code, pursuant to the Energy Efficient Building Act. The amendment also includes a new appendix pertaining to administration, definitions, and ventilation requirements for residential buildings. The deadline for comment is June 18, 2012.
