The Environmental Protection Agency adopted amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 275, the Alternate Fuels Program. Among other changes, the amendment extends the rebate program to vehicles that operate on hydrogen fuel and biodiesel fuel and clarifies that electric vehicles do not include those that are on-board electric generation.
