The Pollution Control Board is proposing to amend Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, §243 regarding air quality standards. Changes would update ambient air quality requirements to correspond with amendments to the federal NAAQS adopted by EPA. A public hearing will be held January 8, 2015, and the deadline for comment is January 26, 2015.
