The Pollution Control Board is proposing to amend Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, §211 regarding volatile organics. Changes would update definitions to correspond with amendments adopted by EPA. A public hearing will be held January 8, 2015, and the deadline for comment is January 26, 2015.
