The Pollution Control Board adopted amendments to Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, §225, Control of Emissions from Large Combustion Sources. The adopted rules, in the absence of the vacated Clean Air Mercury Rule program, replace federal monitoring references by incorporating the sections that were previously relied upon.
