The Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on proposed adoption of new rule 35 Ill. Code R. 217.751, Nitrogen Oxides Emissions. The rulemaking proposes to sunset the provisions of the Nitrogen Oxide Trading Program by adding a new Section 217.751 to sunset the rules beginning with the 2009 ozone control season.
