The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend 35 Ill. Admin. Code §276, Procedures to be Followed in the Performance of Inspections of Motor Vehicle Emissions. Changes would amend the section to reflect the adoption of the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 2005.
