The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) gives notice of the final decision on the Pack River Nutrient TMDL Addendum to the Pend Oreille Lake Nearshore Waters Nutrient SBA & TMDL. The area covered by the Pack River Nutrients TMDL (Hydrologic Unit Code 17010214) addresses 10 assessment units (AUs) not listed as impaired for nutrients on Idaho's 2002 §303(d) list. DEQ completed total phosphorus TMDLs for all AU/pollutant combinations deemed water quality impaired.
