The Board of Environmental Quality adopted a revision to Idaho Admin. Code r. 58.01.20, Rules for Administration of Drinking Water Loan Program. The change allows the Department of Environmental Quality to collect a fee in the form of a percentage of each loan, as is designed to substitute State General Fund monies to support infrastructure programs.
