The Department of Water Resources proposed to amend Idaho Admin. Code r. 37.03.02, Beneficial Use Examination Rules. Changes pertain to acceptable standards for conducting examinations and reporting beneficial use and are designed to help reduce the water right licensing permit backlog by clarifying rules in anticipation of more inspections conducted by Certified Water Right Examiners.
