The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Idaho Admin. Code r. 58.01.05, Rules and Standards for Hazardous Waste. The amendments incorporate by reference updates to the USEPA’s federal regulations implementing the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The deadline for comment is August 19, 2015.
