The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to adopt the temporary Idaho Admin. Code r. 58.01.01, Rules for the Control of Air Pollution in Idaho. The rule would repeal Idaho Administrative Procedures Act (IDAPA) 58.01.01, §199, Electric Generating Unit Construction Prohibition, and IDAPA 58.01.01, §107.03.o, which opted out of the federal Clean Air Mercury Rule.
