The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, proposes to amend Chapter 391-3-6-.03, a regulation addressing state water use classifications and water quality standards. The amendment would clarify specific terms, update the numeric human health and aquatic life toxic priority pollutant criteria to coincide with the latest EPA guidance, and provide new dissolved oxygen criteria for coastal fishing in the Savannah River.
