The Georgia Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 391-3-5 and 391-3-16. The proposed amendments would emphasize that recreational uses at drinking water reservoirs are allowed as long as the water, after treatment, will meet safe drinking water standards.
