The Department of Natural Resources proposes amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. §391-3-17-.13, Physical Protection of Category 1 and Category 2 Quantities of Radioactive Materials. The proposed amendments would ensure consistency of the rules with the requirements of the NRC. A public hearing will be held on October 10, 2017.
