The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 391-3-1-.03(9), Permit Fees; and Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 391-3-1-.15, Transportation Conformity. The amendments specify the fee rate, add provisions for administrative fees and transfer of ownership, and implement the requirements of the CAA with respect to the conformity of transportation plans, programs, and projects developed, funded or approved under Title 23 U.S. Code or the federal transit laws to the state's air quality implementation plan.
