The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission proposed to adopt Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 68A-29.002. The proposed adoption would create a mammal chapter to continue to limit take of certain species to prevent the need to be listed as endangered or threatened species in the future or to reduce the risk that they will be taken, possessed, bred, or sold as part of the pet trade.
