The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission proposed amendments to Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 68B-44.02 to -44.009. The proposed amendments would provide further conservation of sharks, address stakeholder concerns related to the shore-based shark fishery, clarify current shark regulations, and modify regulations to support recent legislative shark finning penalties updates.
