The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission seeks public comment on the proposed Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 68A-9.012: Taking of Wildlife on Airport Property. The new rule would essentially remove permit requirements on the taking of animals on airport property for the purpose of aircraft safety.
