The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing changes to 62-304.520, Indian River Lagoon TMDLs. The purpose of the rule is to adopt TMDLs, and their allocations, for fecal coliforms for Crane Creek and the Eau Gallie River. If requested, a hearing will be held April 24, 2008.
